Test Indicators Instrument Information
An instrument containing a levered measuring probe on one end and a measurement readout on the other. As the probe is moved, the readout reads the corresponding relative measurement based off of a zero applied to it. Often used in conjunction with a height stand and a surface plate, and either the part or the stand can be moved. Contain a much more limited range and less stiff spring than a dial indicator.
