Locations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides customer support through phone, email, and Metrology 360 software, addressing inquiries about products and services
- Prepares and submits customer quotes for calibration services, gage repairs, and new gaging
- Collaborate with purchasing to explore new suppliers and cost-reducing initiatives
- Addresses customer questions and concerns through effective communication across various channels
- Maintains detailed customer account records, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication skills, active listening and effective resolution of customer grievances
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Skilled in computer use and internet research
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative in tasks
- Team player, contributing effectively in group settings
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Relevant experience in customer services is preferred
