Locations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate calibration standard transfers between facilities to maximize production efficiency
- Coordinate standards availability and return for satellite technicians with the On-Site team
- Work with Engineering to ship, track, and ensure TAT compliance for calibration standards
- Assist CSR Outsourcing in documenting and tracking standards from RMA to delivery
- Arrange efficient shipping methods for standards with General and Production Managers
- Quarantine out-of-tolerance standards during re-calibration and create NCMRs for Engineering
- Record and monitor periodic maintenance of standards
- Manage logistics for Proficiency Testing (PT) Round Robin programs
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to quickly adapt to custom software platforms
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Relevant experience in shipping and receiving is preferred
